Wayncor™ 240 – Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment
Wayncor™ 240 is a white Basic Zinc Molybdate anti-corrosive pigment which imparts good corrosion resistance to protective primers. It has a wide variety use in thermo set and thermo plastic systems. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other anti-corrosive additives. The typical use level for this product is between 3 – 7% based on total formula weight. It has a small particle size and narrow distribution which will permit it to be used in wash primers, DTM, or primer applications.
